FamiCura is a platform that connects clients with verified providers of health and social care. It will help you find home health care, social services, hospice, residential facilities, or rental of aids.

What is the difference between health and social care?

Health care includes professional procedures provided by healthcare professionals (e.g., home nursing care, rehabilitation, palliative care).
Social care helps with common daily activities (e.g., hygiene, cooking, accompaniment, family support).

What services can I search for through FamiCura?

Home health care, social and care services, home and mobile hospices, residential facilities (senior homes, Alzheimer's centers), rental of compensatory aids.

Is it possible that the insurance company will cover the care?

Yes, if home health care is prescribed by a doctor, it is covered by the health insurance company. Social services are usually paid for by the client themselves, but a care allowance can be used.

How much does it cost to use FamiCura?

FamiCura offers two variants of monthly subscription:
Basic variant
You will get access to verified providers, an overview of available services, and contacts. In addition, we will send the inquiry directly to the providers for you.
Extended variant
In addition to everything from the basic variant, we will personally verify the availability of services for you, contact the providers ourselves, arrange the connection for you, and you will also have access to our call center and personal consultation.

How does the FamiCura subscription work?

You can choose from two variants of monthly subscription depending on how much help you need:
I'll arrange it myself — you will get access to verified providers, see available services, receive contacts, and we will send the inquiry for you. You handle the next steps yourself.
I need an assistant — in addition, we will verify the availability of services for you, personally contact the providers, arrange the connection for you, and you will also have access to our call center and consultation.

How do you select providers?

We only cooperate with verified providers meeting quality standards. Each provider is continuously checked and evaluated by users.
